Map vote issue mixed game modes

@Frew have unheard of problems with voting on mixed mode servers not working and only playing one map over and over matter what is voted on. Restarting some times fixes it but after a while it does same thing again

I voted to play Trainyard once and ended up on with the game closed an back on Steam Launcher. I instantly called it a day and gave it a full 24 hours to recover. The server is now empty.
