I’d like to give a list of potential objectives for the future.
Capturing a Point.
[spoiler]Capturing points is a thing in this game. Look at Terminal. I just want to see something like this be the primary objective in a future map, instead of a secondary objective in Terminal.
I don’t know what to say about objective specialists in this situation though. Do they capture points faster than other classes?[/spoiler]
Attackers start with defending on the first objective, then counterattack once that objective is completed.
[spoiler]Great way to make a Jackal-controlled area be part of the conflict. The CDA try to breach Jackal-controlled area, then if successful they try to defend an area closer to their old spawn point than the first objective.
When they are successful, the timer gets set to the amount of time that it took to take on the first objective, plus a little bit more so that it’s not completely unfair. What makes this different than a Stopwatch match is that the two objectives are different.
When implemented in Stopwatch, what’s measured to determine the winner is how much time is left for the final objective. The first objective, if not completed in the first round, would become the winning objective in the second.[/spoiler]
Attackers trying to destroy a vehicle that is moving.
[spoiler]Say something with double the health of the EV, but once it’s destroyed, it’s destroyed permanently. For example, there could be cargo inside that can be ruined.
So something like a spruced-up 18-wheeler. I suggest adding more secondary objectives than usual for this kind of objective in order to make engineers remain useful in attacking. This also makes them powerful when defending compared to the EV objective maps.[/spoiler]
