Very very nice. Though I wish you would cover some of the things that you said the tutorial will not cover.

Well, most of the entity tutorials already exist and Mean Mr. Mustard (M3) is writing a tutorial on moving vehicles (/me beats him with the hurry stick). The VO’s really aren’t that hard - might give that a crack next.

I have tried multiple ways to ‘organize’ a moving vehicle scripting document - nothing seems to work ‘well’. Looks like I’ll have to include .map’s because there are so many pieces to the puzzle. So, it looks like it’ll be more tutorial like than just a scripting manual

/me had hoped Infurita had about this…

I think you are right. If you can package up a generic .map with the vehicle, ~10 spline points, and a script, that’s something that people can use right off, just like Drakir’s forward spawn prefab and seven_dc’s CP prefab.

Breaking a complex subject up into digestable, understandable chunks is tough, but if you do it right, it’s amazing how much easier things are to comprehend. A good example would be a really good learning aid too.
