[MAP] frost2_final

hello

it took a long time but im quite satisfied with the map as it is now. the little changes from the last beta to this version are:

  • dynamite can be planted above the door controls and it will destroy the generator
  • axis spawn in the village right when the truck is loaded with the radar parts
  • 30 minutes mission time
  • cracks in the tower walls where the dynamite has to be planted
  • texture fixes/ no more problems when you have an fr_summer version installed too
  • name fixes

Great to see you didnt finish working on this map and made it final, really good work!
Did you remove the CP-Arch on the bridge or is it still there? On the levelshot, it looks like it’s been removed.

sorry but you have to be more specific about how this is related to the map. i have seen it running without problems a lot of times. and since i am not familiar with servers and their settings i really cant use this kind of information.

Don’t blame the map for a crash when you are running an old mod version, and I’m guessing also an old ET version. Upgrade no ET 2.60b and nq 1.2.7 and your server will be much more stable. :stuck_out_tongue:

As far as I know macbeth they run server on 2.6b :slight_smile:

I guess they are running old NQ version because I think they might be having issues with NQ 1.2.7? Might be worth a try on new NQ beta version and see if it still crashes.
