Id say some cover for the allies on the way up the hill, and yes along with the tram you mentioned would be nice, I dont know how wide the map is, could there be a air strike problem??, Its nice and open so thats the only thing that would concern me…

When you create a new texture you must make sure it is dividable by 2, like 256x256, 512x256, 1024x512, etc. Put the textures in the etmain/texture/yourmapnamewhatever/texturename.jpg or .tif

The correct term is that values must be a ´power of 2´.
In other words, a texture dimension can be any of the following:
1
2
4
8
16
32
64
128
256
512
Edges do not have to match, but both X and Y must be one of the above values.
BTW how did this come up?

If you look at edge of the skijump you see that the textures are missing there. I assumed that the author of the map did not know that the textures needed to be of the power of 2, or so I assumed. Maybe because I did the same mistake myself when I made my first map.

Hm… very good idea, but average qualities are screens. Sure 'll be good.

Malysz cool!!!

Yes, Malysz is cool but this year there are some better ski jumpers :disgust:

this has all to do with the magic behind computers, called ones and zero’s
those 2 numbers are all you can count with and so powers of 2 are easier (and faster!) to calculate and work with, hence the love for the powers of 2

(but I bet you already know this and are talking about something completely diffirent…:))
