npi = no pun intended :). Is there anyway to make r_showtris more easily seen? Do I remember hearing you can change the color of the lines? Maybe there can be a compile option to turn all non-shaded textures to black or something? Just thinking out loud really.

There’s r_triscolor in ET. I don’t think it’s a command in RtCW though.
But you can turn r_lightmap on so everything is bright, and then turn the color of the tri lines to something dark with r_triscolor “0.0 0.0 0.1 1.0”
