Making a skin

I’m a new player to this forum and me just merely spent 500 hrs on this game. I saw this game lack of diversity of weapon skins comparing to CS: GO. Does everyone know which program for proper designing skins? I have an intention to making skins and submitting them.

Photoshop might be the best way to get a skin out there, but honestly I think if you have the time to learn you can try Blender and some basic gun models that imitate those that already exist in the game.

For example, you could search for an M4A1 to try and reskin, or an AK-47.
