If you assign a loadout card you can’t use the default weaponry… That’s kind of a letdown.
The BR-13 from loadout card is abysmal in comparison with default weapons. (obsidian)
Very high recoil, low firing rate, low damage unless headshot which is kind of hard to go for with twitch-gameplay, strafing but I guess i’ll play some more to get skill up 
Yeah, the 3-burst weapons are devastating with headshots, they’re pretty much designed for them
It was nerfed to be a burst fire rifle, it used to be automatic, that, along with the Arty’s default just seem bad except for that they do heavy headshot damage.
i’m starting to warm to 3-burst rifles now. sure i do get owned if my aims off but those headshots are devestating. Arty’s g3 single shot semi is just terrible though. so difficult to consistently get off enough shots to keep people down.
