I still want to know this. I accidentally broke my resolution one time, and the text got much bigger and I liked it. I’m sure there’s something in the config…?

Change NativeHUDResolution=(X=2880, Y=1620) in ShooterUI.ini.
Lower resolution = bigger text.

Never mind, doesn’t work. Only changes names/objectives and stuff like that.

If anything, I prefer not to see the chat, especially if people are being extremely toxic. I wish other games did this too cough cough Combat Arms cough cough

Unfortunately, as of now, the only thing you can change in the chat menu is the colors and how long the messages stay visible.
