Major framedrop issues related to turning in the game since the patch of 22th of July ?

Since the latest patch everytime I turn in the game I’m literally some how losing at least half of my framerate for a second or two.
Fps jumping between 30-300 without one frame delay, and with it turned on between 50-300.
I did experience poor performance pre-patch, but atleast it was playable before as I didn’t experience framedrops related to turning which makes this game completely unplayable.
I’ve tried just about every config I could find & a totally fresh one yet no luck so far.

Specs;
i7-3930k@4,2ghz, Gtx 970, 16gb DDR3 & Win7 Pro.

Magical solutions to this problem would be highly appreciated.

Hi, since the last patch some values changed and are no more tweakable.
You have to use a new adapted cfg if you got drops like you have.
Use the outc1der one. Lately a new low fps cfg have been posted on the forum. It is updated.
Take a look on the forum

You will have all the information needed like which lines changed for exemple.
