Major FPS problem.

I have a Toshiba L50-B-1P1. It has 1TB hard drive, 8 gb Ram, 2 gb AMD Radeon R7 M260. Dirty bomb used to work fine with around 60 fps ( I play on minimum settings). My laptop had a hard drive problem, it wasn’t turning on. I sent it to the repairing dude. He fixed it and everything else is working fine except games. Fps now fluctuates between different points in the game. On the main menu its 60, while loading it goes upto 130 but in game it falls to 10 or 5, it lags like shit. It has windows 7 64 bit. All drivers are updated. I have avast antivirus. This problem started since the hard drive issue. I also tried tweeking config solutions to boost fps but it didn’t work. Any ideas how to solve it.Thanks. @RazielWarmonic @Ardez @Amerika @stayfreshshoe

This is just a random suggestion. Make sure that your computer is actually using the Radeon GPU. I don’t know precisely where to go to do this, but I think Catalyst control center, Device Manager, or Control Panel might give you the option to choose.

This is assuming you have an Intel CPU with intergrated graphics.
