Major FPS drops through whole game

Now i know other people have been experiencing this, when im mid game i will get an FPS drop now considering im at 130 FPS everything is fine and it drops to 40 FPS every 2 mins or so and stays like that for around 10-15 seconds and the audio goes all crackly and static and it is basically unplayable but then it shoots back up to 130 FPS again ive seen other threads like this saying that it is the most recent patch is it? or is it my PC. Im really enjoying dirty bomb and could be my new favorite game but this is stopping me from fully enjoying it,any advice, solutions and similar experiences much appreciated and if it is the game, developers please i beg you fix it so i can enjoy your game fully :slight_smile:

Which kind of processor and mainboard do you have in your system? Sounds for me like a thermal issue…

The FPS drops are a thing, if you haven’t tried one of the custom configs, I recommend it, as it helped me a great deal.

However, as Poldy stated, it does sound like it could be a thermal issue, I’ve never known the crackling/static audio to be anything else…
