This is the second time this occurs to me: after leaving a game to return to the main menu, all the menu pages are rendered has a list of hyperlinks over a black background, with graphics here in there (like the gigantic mission icon below):
The whole thing basically looks like a web page with serious compatibility issues, with all the objects lined up in one column on the left side. The links do work and you can navigate between pages, but all of them are similarly messed up. There are some functions missing though, like the Options and Exit icons, so I had to kill the process to get out.
