Live Stream currently going on at Machinima:

I think it will continue for 2 hours or so. Currently they also have Richard Ham in live chat.

Thanks! :stroggbanana:

Thanks man. Just hopped into the stream. It’s a very good stream, I’ve not tried anything like this before - I’m not that nerdy.

Although as soon as I hopped into the stream the guy playing was suffering horrible lag. Quite embarrassing with Richard Ham on the line (now a video call).

lolwhat won’t load for me

Richard is looking different or maybe it’s the lighting.
I can listen to this guy for hours. I like how fast paced he talks

It’s recorded and on a loop, right? I’ve just watched the same gameplay footage and video-chat twice.

ah so the bots ARENT STUPID they’re just programmed to be like they are:) thats good news.

Better stream link

Yeah that was really interesting.

Teammate bots just want to make sure that the player is the one who does the objectives.
And enemies want the game not to be too hard. So 8 players vs 8 bots on Hard would probably make the bots quite strong.

Thanks for the comments Rahdo!

That was a grave misconception about the bots indeed.

When you make your own ‘private room’ people other xbox players can jump in and out right?! Even if the match is half way through?..

(Slade05) #12

Come to think about it, in ETQW we had an option to control bot behavior when going for objectives, should they do it at all or not.
I BLAME CONSOLES

Personally I think that initially I would want the bots to be a bit smarter, when you are playing around on your own you might need some help getting things done but then you would want to scale their brilliance back down to a support role. I don’t know if tweaks like that are possible but you know, just saying.

This is a bit off topic here and i apologise but if you look at the comments people are posting in the chat for this stream. It’s the perfect example why i hate the youtube community.
