I’m sorry if this question has been asked before but for a fairly new player with average aim, which is a better option? Is the K121 worth giving up Unshakae and 10% AoE?
M4 or K121 for Fragger?
K121 if you have good aim, better potential, kill faster or same than M14 but with more bullets for chained kills
The LMG is the superior choice for overall killing power when you learn to fire it properly. The M4 is right there with it though, easier to learn and comes with better augments. So it’s kind of up to you what you want to run.
This is how I feel. There is no clear-cut better option, merely what people prefer.
The K121 has a higher learning curve, you can’t just swing around in hipfire and hold Mouse 1 down until your target is dead, where you can do that with the M4. After learning the K121’s quirks, you can land sequential headshots just as well, only to greater effect.
My fav loadout with the K121 is the K51, which features Focus (reduces aimpunch in hipfire and ironsight) and Drilled (20% faster reload). I got a Cobalt K92 and it makes me frown every time I look at it. Worst card in the game, imo, though someone might like it.
The LMG is good if you can aim well with it, but I prefer the M4 for its laser accuracy. It’s great for just melting heads.

Yup, that is exactly what I wrong. When you learn it you will get headshots like crazy and you’ll also learn to kill the bloom quickly from hipfire by throwing in a quick ADS to get the last 20-30% for a kill. It just does so much damage and it’s only gun, outside of Rhino’s mini of course, that can kill 5 people without needing to reload.
The main issue with the LMG is that you can’t get the Unshakeable augment with it (where you can with the M4) and staying alive against other Fragger nades in a real match is better than the extra killing power the LMG offers sadly. I hope if new cards are added the LMG gets Unshakeable.
@Amerika do you have any advice for using the K121 because I love the badass feeling to it but I’m way too inconsistent and don’t want to let down my team.
The LMG is hard to tell in words how to use it and I don’t currently have a video with me using Fragger and the LMG. I’ll try to put up one tomorrow.

Hear me, I beg. Your avatar. The Dark Tower, Sai Stephen King, do ya kennit?
I personally tend to the K121, be. I like LMGs ^^ The bigger magazine really is the big advantage for me personally, because you can mow down enemies without reloading. And when you aim well and land headshots, you can mow down enemies like a lawnmower mows grass. Silly comparison, but well
@wheatCar Here is a video of me playing Fragger last night. It’s me blaring old music after having imbibed a few too many beverages so it isn’t stellar decision making at all times but you can clearly see how I use the LMG. Using your mouse to control recoil while quickly going to ADS is pretty key. Also, another thing that a lot of people don’t factor in is good movement that is randomized so that you don’t take hits when crossing roads or coming around corners. I use just about everything I can to either speed up movement and make myself random. Switching to the knife constantly when you want to move somewhere is pretty much required…especially if you want to flank or get the hell out of dodge quickly.
Also, as a bonus I put up when I joined that server on the offensive side playing a flanking SMG Proxy
And after watching some of that vid apparently somebody recognized me from the forums but I didn’t notice the chat at the time. I feel like a jerk now.

personally i like the k121 the most, it just feels weird having other types of weps on fragger
Only thing i want to be added to this weapon is addional belt or 75 ammo per belt. Nothing els.
