Hello! I have had some trouble since recently getting to level 7, firstly, I don’t know where the competitive button is to actually play it, and Secondly, The arsenal case I was awarded wasn’t sent to my inventory? I’ll try restarting the game or playing a game and coming back, but if I am not able to get them, I’ll leave it to you guys.

I’m not too sure about the arsenal cases, but I believe you start getting them at level 8 and above. Competitive was also temporarily disabled and the button was removed in the last hotfix.
