Noticed this for the first time tonight while collecting screenshots of the Founders mercs: the enemy versions of the Founders skins for Fragger and Proxy somehow seem to be stuck at a lower resolution than the friendly versions. The pics below were taken during the same session with the same settings, just switching between variants:
The details difference is most noticeable on the scarf, but also on the shoulder straps, chest pouches, pants and leg straps.
Again, much more details in the pants and straps textures of the friendly version. Also the Y-shaped part of her chest armor looks much more defined (although the colors used could be part of that too…).
The other Founders seem to have the same level of details for both versions, and I have not noticed this sort of thing on other skins either.
