Low ping servers don't show ping

Servers with a low ping (I was getting around 24 on the 2nd server in the list) just show a ‘-’ for the ping:

Also with a ping filter, it will draw all servers for a second then filter it down:

Before:

It should do the ping scan first before it updates the UI.

I get this often, for me it seems unrelated to filter settings at all, very annoying.
