lvl 34 never got any cobalt from a case wanted one so hard trade it up in lvl 24 nad too bad it was a a62 and i was hoping for an a31 fletcher

The RNG in this game is just so real.

Couple of days after Phantom comes out, Cobalt CR94 from an equipment case.

Couple of weeks after that, Gold (Crown) C94 from an equipment case.

Couple of months ago, Silver (Urban) C94 from an equipment case.
RNGsus decided that 1 isn’t enough, gave me the carbon C94 as well. (Thanks).

Just now, Gold (Bamboo) C94 from an equipment case.

I don’t play Phantom.

Eh, I don’t care that much, I’d much rather have my BL33 and my S95 in my least favorite gold skin than worse loadouts in cobalt

how u are level 104 and have no cobalts? im in level 40 crafted 2 cobalts trading cards, and 1 i have lucky to open normal case when was easy to get cobalts after the beta opens

My brother got a cobalt proxy that matches the founders alpha proxy (in weps and augs) when he was level 3 out of a standard case. I think it was his 4th case he ever opened. However, that was way back in August of last year. I wish I could steal it from him. Mueheehh

In this conditions, cobalts are litterally without value…how can someone want to have them when they’re not recognized as a status?
Which is the sense to show the loadout to players you kill, if that card means anything?
If you see a cobalt you don’t think that the enemy is really good at DB and he has a lot of experience…you can only think how lucky he’s been.

@BulletKin It’s more like a feeling of ownership that gives them their value. I play with garbage loadouts as long as they’re rare because they’re mine.

i got my first cobalt at like lvl 25 or something, and i got it out of an elite case from an arse crate. literally got like 1 or 2 golds out of case a day. then i log on and see all these f*cken newbs running around with golds and cobalts like wtf.

I got my first Cobalt when they were giving out free Elite cases during the release of Red Eye and back then I was level 9. It was a remburg loadout for Aura but since I didn’t use her much I just let it sit there.

I get mad when i browse Steam forum and some random low level people post something like: “Hey i dropped a cobalt vassilli/rhino/phantom card from an equipment case,should i unlock that merc and use it with the card?”
All Steam users answer that he should try out the merc on free rotation before carelessing buy him from the store.
The guy always ignore the said suggestion and post a reply: “Thanks guys but i decided to buy that merc already”.
Then he proceed to go ingame and be the useless vassilli,the jumping shotty rhino and the :i like to katana only.
Its sad…

A friend of mine rolled a cobalt Red Eye in his third case ever. I was over at his house showing him the game and was like… DAMN. (it was a normal case)

Too bad he doesn’t actually play the game, what a waste.

The only cobalts i got are:

A S74 Venerable Rifleman Kira (Before the loadout crafting update) Got it around like lvl 16 - 17

A C64 Adept Operative Phantom (Got it in a elite case) Got it around lvl 17-18 (Used it after the loadout crafting update)

A 282 Service Agent Sparks (After the loadout crafting update) At lvl 18.

2 of them crafted and 1 of them got from an elite case, rip.

Pretty much what @AnimeDude said.

Of course we all have single chance to get at least one or two cobalts, and I got like dozens of them if I remember right,

but none of the possibilities are fixed ‘those one or two cobalts will be ACTUALLY the best one you desired’.

Numerous Cobalts with trash augment set like MA95.

Other than that, it could be the color you hate.

I personally love Fragment, but I hate Shard very much, that’s why I grinded some best augment cobalts to change it toFragment.

If you’re a legit 108 (no xp farming) then you should have tons of cards to trade up for a cobalt.

Heck I’m only a 37 and I’ve got enough fragments to create a cobalt from scratch out of the loadouts i’ve recycled.

Yeah, I’ve got 6 cobalts from drops as well, ( 2 from event elite cases,
