love the game but to much hate speech gets annoying

Surprisingly, I haven’t had a LOT of hate speech in this game. I mostly get hate because when I talk over voice comms it sometimes go along the lines of “omg are you female?” but that is easily ignored.

I had a little trouble today when I was explaining that engineers (lots of Fletchers in my game!) do objectives faster, and one guy in particular was being a dork over VoIP so I muted him and everyone else seemed to appreciate what I was saying! Got to take the bad with the good, as the good seems surprisingly overwhelming for this type of game so far! :slight_smile:

Yeah, there is always somebody who will immediately start yelling I DO WHAT I WANNA DO or something like that if you try to nicely explain a few things to new players. Most seem to understand pretty quickly but there is always that guy!

Funnily enough I was called fag earlier today by a level 2 for jumping as I shot them point blank with a K-121 while playing as Fragger and them Proxy and not even moving, it tends to really flow in every way, not just from older players to newer ones but from newer players not knowing what game they’re playing.

Didn’t even listen to the other higher level players that this game emphasizes movement.
