Lost Beta Key

Hello,

So back in December of 2014, or around that time. I got a beta key and I participated in many different stress tests of the game. I since then have gotten my hard drive wiped because of a corruption and lost the key. Also the email that the account was attached to is extremely old and I no longer have the details for it. So I still have the game from the Nexon Launcher installed but it wont let me start it up. Do I need a new key for the steam game?

Apparently you need a special Steam key. I have my original beta keys and they don’t work with Steam - says they’re invalid. Unfortunately, I don’t think anyone that can do anything reads these forums. So, good luck.

that’s quite a negative attitude and incorrect, there are several people both from the dev team as well as the publisher with a definite presence here.

#GoldenWontong you should have gotten a steam key in your email, many went in spam folder so check there

you can also contact customersupport@nexon.net. Be sure to include the game title in the subject line, as well as the following information in the body of the email: Character name, server name, account name, description of problem, OS version.

How is my stating an opinion a negative attitude? I’ve been trying for over a month to get a response. 0 response. You’re just a clown fanboy that has obviously never had a problem occur requiring you to seek assistance.

I’ve contacted customer support. Nothing. I’ve made multiple posts on these boards. Nothing. Excuse me if my “attitude” is negative. I’ve been supporting these devs since Wolfenstein:ET and Quake Wars; their customer support is garbage.

Thank you, Nail for handling my poor attitude with grace. I must apologize, but I had been trying to get a response for well over a month, to no avail. I had similar experiences with Splash Damage during their Quake Wars release, not to mention the host of issues with Brink’s release. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Again, sorry to come off as an ass, and thank you for your help despite my hostility.
