Lost beta key?

Hey,

Yesterday I received an email from Dirty Bomb asking me to help with Matchmaking & Load testing this weekend. At first I was excited thinking it would be my long awaited beta key. But as I read the whole mail I was disappointed for it was not so. Im thinking that maybe my key had already been sent weeks back and Ive just failed to notice it from spam folder in time. Couple weeks back I relocated to another city so I was without my comp for the time.

So now if someone can tell me if my fears are founded and can I do jack to help the situtation?

"Dirty Bomb is now live on Steam!

We will be Matchmaking & Load testing in Dirty Bomb on Steam from now until this Closed Beta Test is taken offline on Monday, March 9th at 9AM PST / 5PM GMT.

Help us load test on Saturday by playing between 11AM and 2PM PST / 7PM and 10PM GMT. We need as many people as possible to be online at that time to effectively test Matchmaking, so get in on the frag fest!

Don’t forget, play in at least one match during the test to receive a Limited Edition Case containing an Obsidian Loadout Card.

Players who participate in a match during the test times noted above will automatically receive their Limited Edition Case once Dirty Bomb begins its live service. Live service will start a short time after the tests conclude. Visit the Dirty Bomb forums for more information."

As a former ET player Im really waiting for this game to come out. :smile:

I too received this email, telling me that I can get a limited edition case if I helped test. But no key to be found. Help?

might be a glitch that you get beta updates even when not in the beta - or the mail is tagged wrong or sth.

if you really are in the beta, check your spam folders as usual :wink:

I also go this email too ,but I got a beta key already and I still can’t play for some reason

Today I got email as follows:
"Dirty Bomb Will Return Soon!

Thank you for participating in the Dirty Bomb Closed Beta Test. Dirty Bomb has been taken offline on Steam.

We will be returning to Steam for good in the next few weeks with some fundamental improvements made, and Merc Progression added.

I sent email to support and they responded within few hours and re-sent me my beta key :smile:

Which support did you contact, I have had no luck with getting in touch for the same reason.
