Lost all my XP and stats

Hello,

Firstly I should say that my English is bad, really sorry.I’ll be brief

Since yesterday evening during a restart of the game I lost absolutely all my stats, XP, weapons etc. (and somes friends too)

I still have 9 hours of game and level 14. This is not really serious but it’s still bad.
I would like to know if the problem is known to your service and you’ll work on or if I should start all over again? what I fear is to start over and that finally the problem is solved with steamcould and crushes my new stats … :eek:

See if that describes your problem.

For now, make sure you backup your game save data so that you don’t totally loose everything. Should be something like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata(lots of numbers)\22350\remote\game.save

Thank you for the reply but apparently there is no solution. I do not know what to do …
