I can recommend 3 games: Blacklight: Retribution (BLR), Ghost Recon: Phantoms and Ghost in the Shell: First Assault.
My favorite is BLR which has the fastest and better movement mechanics, but no options to jump on or off of things besides the basic jump. What makes BLR unique is the ingame wallhack and the endless weapon costumization.

Next is GR: Phantoms which has some elements of parkour in the form of groundsliding and jumping over objects. There are three classes you can choose from with each there own abilities. Each of them require a very different playstyle and some are really nice if you use them on the right time.

Last but not least is GitS: First Assault. Based on the Ghost in the Shell franchise. It is currently still in development with so far one closed beta weekend which was beginning of this month. In this game you can play the characters from the anime with each their own ability. The ability-teamsync, which allows you to borrow your teammates ability, makes it a very tactical game. Release in 2016.
