So, after 3 weeks of semi-casual playing, I’m 2000 credits away from buying a new merc. I already have Proxy, and based on a crap ton of gameplay, I’ve found that Kira is one of the top mercs that I want to buy. However, I was looking into Bushwhacker, Nader, and Sawbonez as other potential options. I’d love to know this community’s opinion on these mercs, but should Phoenix be the next merc released, is he a good option?

All the mercs you have listed are fine in terms of balance. Just play them and get a good feel for who you like.
People to not buy unless you really want them:
-Vassili, unless of course you love sniping. The problem is that he is far too boring, and unless you love sniping at long distances, he’s a waste of time.
-Rhino, again too boring, and actually a bullet magnet.
-Arty, just underpowered right now.
Sawbonez and Bushwacker are both solid picks.
SB is the best support in the game currently. BW is the best Engineer and his turret can be insanely effective when used properly. Also he gets the KEK-10 which is an amazing weapon.
I’d say SB is your best pick since you already have Proxy (engineer)
bushwaka is a solid pick if u set up the crossfires with ur turret u can essentially lock down an entire lane yourself while screaming kappa all the way to the win screen… on the other hand if u want an agressive combat medic i would say sawbonez would be nice as well… but if u want something that puts new buttholes in people’s faces and u have a friend who plays aura really well rhino is a no brainer
Bushwank is indeed very powerful, though didnt they announce that wank will get his nerf as currently he’s top engineer and with his 30% faster turrets he provides you with spotter, noob aimbot on team and cover?
I’ve just made up my mind. Considering how I have no idea how Bushwhacker even plays, I decided to go with Kira, a merc I have great fun with and play well.
