Our team of 4 is looking for a 5th man to complete our roster. The team is looking for someone that is ready to fill the roles they are assigned, and be flexible on a map to map basis on merc choice. An example of how flexible they need to be can be seen below on the role sheet we have created to help you know what mercs will be needed. However there are some prerequisites that need to be filled before we bring you on board.
The first thing that we are most interested in is attitude. This is by far the most important thing needed to be in our team. What I mean by attitude is not just simply being reasonable and polite, it also includes a form of competitive mindset that consists of two things. Firstly you should be playing to improve, as opposed to what a lot of people are falling into, which is playing for simply rank or even worse just frags. We need the 5th teammate to have the same desire as us which is playing to get better, including both team synergy and individual mechanical skill. The second mindset that falls under this is the desire to win. If you are joining to have fun and play some games, this isn’t the team for you. We are here to win, not to dick around.
Best way to see if you’re the player for us is to ask yourself this simple question. What’s your end goal? What do you want to achieve by playing in a team? If your first thought is “to get my cobalt trinket”, then turn away now. However if your response is to improve in a constructive environment and learn with other players that have similar goals to you, then send me a DM and we will be in touch!(See below for role sheet)
