ok this are some impressions how the map could work.
if you want too keep with the capobj:

1st. move the spawn of the defenders to the red flag.
resons: by moving the spawn to this area you give the defenders a still closer way to the the obj than the attackers (blue).i painted in some routes(not all).the resons for this follow at the next point
2nd the obj have to be carryed to the lightblue box. i mean somewhere in this area, i cant say yet the exact place.
by doing this you increase the distance which have to be carryed by the attackers and most importinly
get the defenders a chance of getting it back.i have painted in the defender routes in yellow.
its haevily inspired by sw goldrush.if the attackers use the mainroad they risk shots in the back.
so they have to choose if they want take the long bridge way or the shorter and more risky bridge way.
3rd all this would break the linearity and could the loop give some use back.
