Number one:
Light engineer, on top of side door hack objective in container city. An operative came to hack, I kill him. Plop down a mine so he comes rushing in again and I finish him off again. Then I jump to where I can see the hack objective from above and someone kills him…goes to finish him off and he gets splattered by a cortex bomb! LOL!

Number two:
3 minutes of overtime at the hack objective on Shipyard because I found a good hiding spot and no1 thought to find the hacking operative. Thanks for the xp!

Was in a 5v2 on Reactor as Resistance. Knew it was hopeless so I decided just to mess around. I disguised and just started hanging out with the other team. I had to try and stay behind the guy whose disguise I took.

There were at least two points when there were 6 of us just standing around. The first time I suddenly opened fire on them after about two minutes. The second time, the guy whose disguise I took revelaed me after about a minute.

Was in a 4v4 on Sec Tower as Security. Played as Engie, set up turret and mine at first objective to defend.

Ran out of ammo about 2 mins in. Only had 1 soldier on my team who decided to not be a team player and keep ALL his pips to himself, regardless of me standing in front of him meleeing the air constantly trying to get his attention.

After a minute of that i gave up and chose to wait around the corner of the Resistance spawn point and knockdown EVERY SINGLE ENEMY that came running around the corner with slide tackle! This worked until the timer ran out! About 5 straight minutes! NO DEATHS.

Effective, but I must of looked ridiculous to everyone on my team!

3+ in a server which had overtime and I was the lone operative in Reactor. I think it was Inferno and Greased who were saving my *** that day while I was sitting pretty in a corner holding on to F.

The best of it all was yesterday in terminal with the Security team we played against. They were good in firefights and wiped us clean.But they seemed lost for a bit with 0 operatives in their team. Then it was a huge LOL in the chat with two of them rushing to the CP and changing class. No it wasn’t a strat. They didnt realize they had no operative

Five minutes of overtime pulling the Agent to the boat in the first Resistance mission. We’d get him going, they’d kill him, we got him going, firefight, they killed him. Hardest game of my life, lol.

Shooting teabaggers in the junk with downed fired and then head shotting them when they fall down next to you. Running into an objective as an operative, getting downed and cortex bombing 6 guys who are defending it before they can stomp on me.

Downed firing 5 or more people in the crane until I can’t even see because there are so many incapped enemies lying around me. And then shooting more dudes who come to fix the crane from the pile of bodies I’m under. If I could use the knife while incapped I could have easily gotten 20 or more kills. Nothing like double headshots with the sea eagle and they don’t know where you are.

Or frankie g. I wasn’t trying to brag. Just telling an amusing story of how terrible some people are at this game. I’d rather play against humans then bots honestly.

If I wanted to brag I’d brag about how I mow down groups of 4 with the carb 9 like a boss before they know what hit them. And that I play with less effective guns sometimes to keep the game challenging. But i was just telling a story about idiots that don’t pay attention to their surroundings.

I still enjoy hanging out with the defending team as a diguised operative on container city, constantly marking them and taking the bot through all the while. wouldn’t you think that, “You’ve been marked. They can see you!” would get annoying after about the fiftieth time that match?

Me plus a human medic desperately trying to get Nechayev through the ‘zigzags of doom’ on Sec, rest of my bot-mates have gone all TDM and forgotten the mission. I get dropped by a baddie mega-bot from across the map with a Drog’, manage to drop 3 guys at the top of the ramp to the exit point with DF, whilst the medic drags Nech’ the last few feet. Success with 4 secs on the clock…wo0t and much lulz!

I think some of the best funny Brink stories come from when you run out of ammo, and can’t seem to get anyone to give you any.

That only leaves one choice, run around slide tackling and rifle butting people in the face. It’s amazing how well that works sometimes too. :tongue:

Still find much humour in spotting a med throw a syringe to incapped enemy.
Waiting for the guy to use the syringe, only for me to stomp on his head before he’s fully up.

Yes running out of ammo has got to be one of the funnest things that can happen in Brink.

It isn’t really a lol but i am always confused by the large amount of people who still seem to not notice me killing them from the air vent. They die, respawn and then walk straight past again.

Those ragdoll physics; when you shoot an enemy on top of you trying to stomp on your face, right in the crotch with downed fire. Watching them fly 5 feet into the air flailing their limbs around is priceless.

Love those WTF moments in Brink,
Like, when a light tried to melee me as a fully buffed heavy medic and we end up both melee’ing each other.
My heavy flew like 20ft backwards on his ass and light was incapped.
Laughing hard for a while there.
