is it really needed to popup a message askiing me if i want to logout?
I hardly use this forum anywy now and the logout text-button is hard to find for a noobie - another window asking me if i am sure is ,excuse me, stupid.

It’s not stupid, from my point of view
Let’s say you wish to see your profile page and you accidentally press the log out button. 't Would be a “pain” to login again after that little mistake.
A simple “are you sure” question, should be handy in such occasions.
It’s like you would find the “are you sure you wish to log out” button useless on OS, when you accidentally hit the O/I icon.
OR - far worse - accidentally hit the “Quit” button in ET -insta quitting you from the game-, when you only wish to disconnect from the server overflooded with bots
So - it has its use in times of accidents
