Lock on

How much different dose lock on makes on Fletchers stickies?
I was playing a lot with and without and didn’t notice much, any thoughts?

~0.2-0.3 secs I believe. I’m not sure though.
Edit: so it’s 0.17. Thanks to @MvMArcher

The stickies have an arm time of 0.50 seconds, with lock on they have an arm time of 0.33 seconds.

Before the update with the lock on change, they had an arm time of 0.35 seconds.
So it’s mostly people that played a lot of flecther before the update which finds it annoying to play without lock on, as the stickies just feel “off” without it.

EDIT: I was wrong about those numbers.

@Jostabeere I bring you more numbers.

I think we have to ask Sniff

It astonishes me that you don’t notice a difference in detonation times… Anyways, you’re better off taking the BL33 over any lock on card if we are going to get into technicalities. If you do want to use a lock on card though, use the BL32.

While I agree with @N8o I will say that Flecther has decent loadouts with all 3 primaries.
BL33 for the blishlok
H63 for the Hollunds
A31 for the Ahnuhld

All are very usable in pubs.

Pubs being the keyword :stuck_out_tongue:

I notice a big difference when I’m not using lock-on. I constantly attempt to detonate the sticky before it gets armed, causing a nullified action. Gives you a dreadful feeling when you hear the ‘click’, but no ‘boom’.

A little out dated, but this thread might help:
