Lobby probbies

The new lobby is causing a few problems:

1. It sometimes goes into a ‘white’ mode - I’m guessing this is waiting for the server to fill prior to shuffling the teams but its not obvious? If that is the intention then bravo
2. Its really hard to vote for maps. There only seems to be about 2 seconds to do this when the lobby loads up Only managed to do it once and the most I’ve seen is 1 vote.

I find the map voting is fine once you know it, but most people miss it so generally there are <3 votes.
The amount of votes on a map isn’t very clearly visible though, that used to be better.
