Lobby Bug Competitive

This happens about 50% of the time I join a game.
This applies to me and my friends personally.
So I will get straight to the point.
What happens is that the lobby will be 6v4.
Then the time counter just goes down and gives a few messages I can not remember what it says at this time then it just tells me a message and I have to click exit and it closes my game.
