Hi, i am newbie in the game. I have a question, you cant get the same weapons and perks in bronze and gold-cobalt cards? just give awesome skin?

Correct, everything above bronze is just for looks, so don’t trade up any cards if you like the loadout because you then have a 1 in 9 chance of getting the same card back.

Like @Nibbles said, keep (favourite) the bronze cards you’d like to keep, then use anything you don’t like to trade up to higher rarities!
