Both would be nice, or even a way to trade back down in case you end up with a high card which you don’t like.

Rerolling (costs extra credit) is an alternative I like more than actual selling.

My 2 cents:
Price depends on rarity (500/1000/2000/2000) and whether one would want a special characters or random (2000/0)
