Loadout card backgrounds

Guys please help my loadout card backgrounds are completely black since a while and i want the shiny blue stuff for my cobalts!
i tried changing my settings but idk where to search so please help me guys what settings do i change?

I am not certainly sure, but might be because of settings/your config.
Do you have HQ materials and HQ characters on?

Change every setting to max and it should work.

I believe the background is tied to this option aswell as the shininess of the guns. If I’m wrong, it’s tied to another graphical setting. In this case, do what @Hibbsan said.
