I used a loadout for Vasilli with the MOA-SNPR1 + MP400
after changing my loadout to FEL-IX + Revolver, I still have the MP400 instead of the revolver.

It also seems like some perks stay if you change your merc.
When i enter game with Vasilli who has the mine detection perk, and switch to a different merc, I still have the mine detection.
