Loading screen problems.

Tried verifying my game cache,reinstalling it,turning off my antivirus and firewall.All I get is loading screen and my mouse pointer(I have icon on my dekstop but not dirty bomb logo on it this might be connected,idk)Can you help me?

Stated minimum requirements are as follows

Minimum System Requirements:
OS: Windows XP, Vista or 7
Processor: 2.33 GHz Dual Core
Memory: 3 GB RAM
Graphics: 512MB - GeForce 7800GTX or better

Network: Broadband Internet connection
Hard Drive: 5 GB available space
Sound Card: Generic Sound Card

He does meet minimum CPU and RAM requirements as they are stated. Currently investigating issues with 32bit OSs. Please submit a ticket as requested.
