hello my problem is that the game is in “loading map” :’( and can not enter the game have to start the task manager to close the already low play the game resolution but still have problems with it, when I’m inside I have no game lag issues I work well but I only passed to load the map

Have you altered your .cfg in any way? , can you please post your system’s specs.
