Today I was playn some custom maps on ChigC and I got kicked out because my hunkmegs was too low. So I edited the ET config and changed it to be higher, still didn’t work, no big deal I gave up. However, now when I go to load my own map that I’m working on… the loading bar loops forever. It will load all the way to the end… and then just recycle and start loading again and again. This is the only thing I changed since last night that I can remember… I don’t think I did any drunk mapping so… I’m totally bewildered. Anyone ever seen this?

i jut had that problem the other day… i keep 2 et’s installed, one for mapping and one for regular play. i made a pk3 and tossed it into the regualr play et and it kept loading forever, the bar would start over and repeat ect…
i finally just unloaded all the custom pk3’s in the folder and it did the same thing… and after removing all the mod’s it worked. one of the mod’s just didnt seem to work proper with higher hunkmegs… dunno why… wasn’t shrub… forgot which one it was.

found the offending pk3, was a pk3 called “xscript” or something. removed, everything works.

yeah I used to get that too. You’re right it is that xscript one. It’s a campaign file you get from the 3DS or D3D or S3D or something clan server. I was planning on telling them about it but then I thought forget it.
