List updated! A few more * have been confirmed, so I think it’s pretty much guaranteed now that the others are also correct. I will still leave the stars for individual confirmation.

A few more missing load outs to find. :slight_smile: And I’m really curious if there is an eighth loadout for every char we don’t know about yet (if not more).

Also, just pulled a silver proxy. Yay! I already had the bronze, but this one has a more dirty looking green shirt. Hooray? :wink:

I strongly suspect that there are in fact only three Lead cards per character (one for each primary weapon), because this is all we have found so far and that would be too much of a coincidence. So some load outs seem to be exclusive to higher rarities after all. The most I have seen for Irons so far is five, so perhaps those are also limited and some are reserved for Bronze only.

Another big update I found a case opening video and by stopping and pausing the carousel, I was able to find a lot of missing loadouts. We are getting really close to completion now. Highlights from this update are:

  • I am now certain that there are only three Leads per merc (one for each primary weapon), which means that the Lead collection is now complete.

  • I highly suspect that Irons are also limited. I expect 5 or 6 (the latter would make sense as in two per primary weapon). So I have removed the remaining Iron placeholders since it’s unclear which exist and which don’t.

  • The big one: I have found the 8th Fragger, who’s got an Iron version. I also found an 8th Proxy and it’s an interesting one: KB53 Elite Operative (Guardian Angel, Drilled, Quick Draw). It’s the first Proxy with a pistol sidearm, but her perks are awesome (GA warns you of incoming airstrikes, Drilled is faster reloads, and Quick Draw is faster weapon switch). Aaand and eights Skyhammer.

This means there are more loadouts to be found for most mercs. Perhaps 8 is the new limit, but it would also make sense if it was 9, so there could be three loadouts per primary weapon. So I think it’s probably either 3/6/9 or 3/5/8.

There are no such thing, no Founder’s Aura either. The Founder’s mercs were the “original 5 mercs”: Proxy, Sawbonez, Skyhammer, Fragger & Vassili.

It’s actually a bit odd that Sawbonez has three loadouts for his two alternate weapons, but only two for his default weapon. Could this be evidence that there are actually nine top tier loadouts? The last major mystery. :slight_smile:

Ok so like, do we have any conformation that some of these are actually available… Bc just bc it shows up on the slot machine or is theoretical doesn’t mean you can actually get them. Some of these seem catigorically better…
