Im having 2 issues with this game, its running at around 150-120 fps but drops hard to around 60. The issue is i only want it running at 60 fps is there a way to limit it to just 60. The other issue ive been having is sometimes im not sure why buy when im aiming down guns and melee weapons wont fire half the time causing issues killing downed enemies and makes playing the game a difficult task.
