TY for including windowed mode upon release. Nothing more frustrating than not having that option.
There is a prob though, I have only the choice of smaller resolutions in windowed mode. My monitor is 1280 x 768 and like to run windowed in 1280 x 720 (which is a choice in fullscreen btw) but im limited to 1024 x 640. Would be nice if I can chose more than just a few pre-sets.
You can set a custom resolution at your own risk (results may vary for unsupported resolutions)
r_mode -1 (tells the game you want to set a custom resolution)
r_aspectratio -1 (tells the game you want to set a custom aspect ratio)
r_customAspectRatioH (e.g. 16)
r_customAspectRatioW (e.g. 10)
r_customHeight (e.g. 1050)
r_customWidth (e.g. 1680)
r_fullscreen 1/0 (toggles fullscreen)
Enter vid_restart to apply your changes
Crispy, You posted something similar in a different thread but when I tried to use the commands, I noticed an error in the console with r_customAspectRatioW
It told me that command didn’t exist.
I then did r_custom <tab> to get a list of available CVARs that started with that string and found it was actually r_customAspectRatioV (not W) The V is for Vertical and the H is for Horizontal (not Height/Width)
