Limited edition loadouts/cases. (Based off CW event)

I would like them to be less random, this coming from a person who has opened hundreds of cases and the best I’ve ever scored was 2 silvers.

You miss the “Fu*k the CW event, it was a waste of time” option.

Well, I got 1 guaranteed case and shitton if a credits, enough to unlock whopping 2 new mercs in 3 days of not-so-intense play. No regrets whatsoever

The point of this event was to attract all sorts of players and to treat all players equally concerning event rewards, RNG comes into play.
The good thing about RNG is that the game’s design won’t serve any particular player positively or negatively in distributing the exclusive cases. It is fair for both new and old players.

I just got completely fucked over. I don’t think it’s fair that players can put 30 hours into the event and nothing. Several of my friends also got nothing after playing continuously.

I’d think trading up for an cw card would be best( whit the same value as a cobalt).

(DeaDmaN2be) #27

I’ve played 45 h since the event startet, raised my level from 51 to 54, got ~ 200k credits with creditbooster and still didn’t get ANY cw card…so yeah, indeed they managed to piss me off too.

I think the 2nd option would honestly be the best, but I would also like a trade in option as well. Especially after spending 35 bucks on the 10 CW cases + 1 guaranteed, and I get a special edition for a character I don’t really want it for. I think being able to trade it in for one for a character I want it for would be really nice.

I did not add an option like that to the poll, because it rewards the “rich” players more than your average player.
Considering CW loadout chance in value, it should be equal to a gold trade-up, now for a very new player it’s a pretty heavy grind just to be able to afford a single gold value trade-up in a couple of days. While older players already have saved up a ton of different rarity loadouts ready to be traded up for limited merc specific loadouts, now, once the trading system becomes available, what do you think the value of a one time event loadout from closed beta becomes to a new player who really wants one?
