“The healing option of your team is weak. An Aura would be ideal!”
(Not perfect and with problems in themselves, but I hope you get the idea)
A more generic warning would possibly be stronger:
“Your team composition seems to lack certain factors. If you switch your merc, you can possibly chance it for the better!”
While we are at it: The AFK autokick vote message could use a rephrasing to something with a bit more explanation. “XYZ is afk for 1 minute. Do you want to kick him? After 3 minutes he will be removed automatically.”[/QUOTE]

For that to work the cap on selectable merc’s would need to go up from 3 to 5, and players would also have forced to select one of each archetype IMO. Rather than having 5 solider types in their roster.
