Since the last patch, I can’t open the limbo menu with either of the keys I bound to that function in the control settings. I found out that it can now be accessed through “Esc” which used to bring up the option menu. Key binding needs to be corrected.
On the scoreboard (and probably on the corresponding part of the limbo menu) the identification of the currently selected mercs is not working all the time. When I die I often check my team’s composition to see if a merc switch would be required to fill a gap, but since the last patch I can’t thrust it as I’ve seen many cases where the active merc shown (left-most one for each player, the one whose picture is not faded) was not the correct one for my teammates or even myself. The most obvious time to see this is at the start of a round during the countdown where you can see all your teammates and cross-check with the scoreboard.
The respawn counter over the pics of the active mercs makes it very hard to see who’s playing who when they are awaiting respawn, I’m sure there is a better place to put that info without affecting the readability of the teams’ composition.
I realize this is obviously a work in progress and won’t comment on the weird icons until we know what they stand for, but I’m disappointed to see K/D as the only stat on display beside your overall score. Better to have nothing than just that in my opinion, otherwise you’re reinforcing the TDM mentality.
