Q Ability: Lightning Step
Lightning Step makes Lightning go very fast as he runs (or walks, whatever). He does come to a certain speed limit, but it won’t last very long (7 seconds or less), and the cooldown is around 25 seconds.
Downsides include it makes him dizzy everytime he uses it, like when thunder throws a concussion grenade at you, but you don’t see it, but you get concussed. But without the weird blue thing over it.
E Ability:
Honestly, this guy doesn’t need an E ability with his Lightning Step.
