Have anyone stumbled upon this problem, the roof and wall is completely tight… hmm, help.

that usually happens when your brush work is too ‘thin’. Try to make it larger than 8 world units.

hains, If you still get the problem after trying what Six mentioned, you can try this:

Create wall brushes that border the area where the roof hits the wall, and func_group them together. Then… lower the _lightmapscale in your func_group (to about 0.25). This will minimize the light “spread” to unnoticable levels.
