Light body type OHK
The very first FPS I ever played featured giant floating smiley faces that floated around a 3D maze that shot projectiles at other giant floating smiley faces. It was hella fun.

Kids these days have no perspective.
Not to mention, most people in reality would die from a heart or lung shot, so do we make that an OHK as well in the name of realism?

I’m with you though. what happened to the days when videogames were meant for escaping reality? And nice Faceball reference. Haven’t even thought of that one in a long time

Weapuh, you are doing it wrong! Per the standards previously established on this thread, you need to threaten to rape or maim Nails for having a Shaun the Sheep avatar.

Most non-extremity shots would incapacitate a person. That’s why you aim for the body in real life.

I was reading something recently that said that thugs think that it’s not really a problem to be shot, since so many movies and television shows have the hero take a ridiculous amount of damage, but able to beat up ten goons single-handedly five minutes later.

Because of this, a large percentage of people that have no problem shooting at other people in public basically are fearless.

…And the they get shot, and can never use their hands (or whatever) again.

True enough, though on the flipside of that, I often see people over-exaggerating the mortality rate of gunshot victims. Chances are that a 9mm to the gut is not going to end your life, provided you get medical attention reasonably soon after.

In somewhat related news, I passed a kidney stone last night, and suspect I might have another one today.

(Ajax's Spear) #66

Too much soda, bro.

(Herandar) #67

No, actually, I don’t drink that much soda. I’ve had them for at least two years now, and I drink a lot more water than most people. (At least a gallon a day.)

I hear that ultrasonic shockwave treatment can be effective sometimes.

(Nail) #69

it’s called extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy

depending on the type of stone, drinking non-fluoridated water and upping calcium intake with dairy can help

Man, why do you always have to drag things off topic…

Yes, but unfortunately I don’t have Canadian healthcare. My deductible is $3,200.

(Nail) #74

I apologize, I forget sometimes how different the world is in regards to health care

(Weapuh) #75

Like this

GIMME The kidney stone or i will pummel YOU…with a kidney stone?

:frowning: no I can’t be a keyboard warrior after all.

(On topic) I must say that when I watched that interview I thought that is an appealing feature of the game. Players can choose to go all ninja with a light body size, but there is clearly a cost associated with that choice.

(Ajax's Spear) #77

It’s a good thing you clarified, because if you were making this comment:

In response to the Kidney stone convo, I would have been a little weirded out.

Obviously you haven’t heard about the newly announced miny game…

(Weapuh) #79

Hahaha, thanks, I laughed all the way to the bank… May sound like an old-timey saying, but i was actually on my way to the bank.
