Light body first sighting

(KnollDark) #1

Its the first time I’ve seen it atleast, 0:17 into “A Matter of Class” they are switching around bodytype between medium and heavy for a split/second he flicks to the light body

(harpy515) #2

I feel like they’ve shown tons of light body’s, in gameplay. Maybe they’ve all been mediums and I’ve assumed their lights.

(Ajax's Spear) #3

There have been several light bodies shown throughout the past months.

(Diablo85) #4

I’ve only seen a light body walljump in the matter of class trailer. Can you point to other instances where you’ve spotted a light body?

(harpy515) #5

Did you read my post?? I said “Maybe they’ve all been mediums and I’ve assumed their lights”. So no I will not search through every video to please you.

(Diablo85) #6

Relax man. Maybe you still remembered the moments.

You can see some Lights in the Gallery at http://brinkthegame.com/features/customization/

Specifically, if you select Resistance, there’s one in the 1st row, 2nd column (wearing The Sweat/firefighter pants)

(harpy515) #8

I read your post as sarcasm, like as you being a dick. So my bad haha

(Diablo85) #9

I know I can be a sarcastic from time to time but this time I wasn’t.

I’m just really interested in what the light armor will be like. Since I like fast paced games and I hope the light armor will grant me that satisfaction. More gameplay footage of the light armor in action would give me more of an idea what the pace would be like.

I prefer tight bodies… but no female characters in this game.

I know most of us haven’t played Brink yet (and even when I did, I didn’t customize my character) but I’ll be interested to see who actually thought they wanted a light body type and ends up preferring medium or even heavy.

it all depends on how fast you can kill, die and move with each one of them, then its easy to decide which one you prefer. I just hope that lights are really fast, I don’t care about health, just want to move super fast  I recall bhopping in quake3…

This means nothing to me. I play support roles, mainly Medic, and usually leave most of the killing to my teammates while I concentrate on playing my class.

When I play Medic in TF2, I rarely even fire my weapon.

(Ajax's Spear) #13

I can’t wait for half of the people who are totally obsessed with lights to get sick of dying within 10 seconds of spawning and finally realize that they aren’t warp speed un-hittable targets that can make the Kessel Run in 13 parsecs.

(Herandar) #14

Pshaw! I can make the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs!

Killing was only a part of my sentence  I also mentioned health and mobility - surely those two factors are important too in choosing a body type

(Mustkunstn1k) #16

I don’t know if I have seen these before or not. No matter what, I don’t really see how it matters.

But for lazy people:

(DouglasDanger) #17

Thanks for that pic

(Herandar) #18

Beefcake! Yeah, that’s me on the far right.
