I recently went up to level seven. I got a pop up congratulating me on receiving my first arsenal case (I believe I got it for ranking up). However, when I go to my inventory the only item there is my Coalsplitter Trinket. No case, nothing else. Any help? I was really looking forward to an Arsenal case, they looked sweet.
